Listing Error

Listing Error

@Airbnb I'm a Super host and Plus member with over 650 reviews and I took my plus listing down last March due to the pandemic and now that I am ready to host again I am getting an "error-please contact customer support for more information"  message when I try to hit "List"

I contacted airbnb support over two weeks ago. I've politely asked to escalate several times to people I can get on the phone but all assure me I have to standby for an email from an "ambassador". I tweeted at the Airbnb Help account and Instagram messaged the official Airbnb account-all have told me it's in the right hands and to standby. Still, two weeks and no email and no help 😞

I duplicated the listing with the same active license number (you need a short term rental license in Seattle) and it went live no problem so I know that's not the hold up. Plus the city contacted me to let me know even they were pushing the info to Airbnb (yes, I've spent hours on this).

I've also been getting requests with the new listing but literally everyone mentions I have no reviews and so they're not sure if the place is real (and I'm not necessarily encouraging them to book cause I'm hoping my plus listing goes live asap)

Anyone else having an issue like this? And also unable to have anyone from Airbnb solve it let alone contact you back? I'm so insanely frustrated and after 10 years on this platform I'm almost ready to leave 😞

Thanks and please help!

@Khristy-and-Fletcher-and0   This public host/guest forum is not going to be helpful in reaching customer service, I'm afraid.  Of course there are hosts that may have experienced something simular be supportive.  So frustrating that valued hosts such as yourself are left without support.

@Linda108 thanks Linda! I have been off Airbnb for a year now and feel a bit lost 🙃 felt a bit silly posting it here but I'm desperate at this point 🙏🏼

Airbnb support is terrible lately, you open a case and they stop answering or they close your case and you need to reopen it again.

If you have been out for a year, I’m AirbnbPlus and Superhost as well, Airbnb don’t support anymore the HOSTS.

you will find that guests abusing the system are increasing and Airbnb allows it.

we only need ONE review to destroy us as superhost and Airbnb don’t care if it is retaliation... NOT even if you call meanwhile the reservation is happening and before the issue comes up.
usually it is easy to screen a conflicted guest once they arrive.

In top of it, there are a lot of glitches in the system that hurt us as well...
