Need advice for how hosting refugees via Airbnb works

Is anyone else hosting refugees in the US, via Airbnb?  Have hosted through other organizations in the past, so not concerned about the hosting or guests, but finding lack of communication from Airbnb disconcerting. Any suggestions?
