New Orleans Short Term Rental (STR) Owner/Operater Permit

Hello All ,

We're trying to get started in the New Orleans Airbnb STR business but after reading through the handbook, We have a few follow up questions that we're hoping an experienced host can help us with. We will be doing this remotely, as this will be our vacation home, so we're wondering how we can hire an airbnb operator since we will not meet the requirement of being able to arrive at the property within an hour to be the operator of the airbnb. Is there a website for New Orleans STR operators?
