New to hosting - I didn’t get a review prompt

Hi - I’ve just had my first guests stay with me for 2 nights and checked out earlier today. I haven’t received a prompt to review the guests (they were amazing) and on my app it says no pending reviews. Any idea how I can review the guests? 
when I’ve stayed places as a guest, I would get an email prompt asking to leave a review and I thought this would be the same but so far nothing.

@Grainne33   We normally get the review prompt about six hours after checkout so be patient, it will come in due course.
