Welcome to the Community Center! 👋  I'm @Bhumika , one of the Community Managers for our English Community Center along with my lovely team members @Quincy @Paula @Rebecca @Elisa @Alex @Emilie and we are thrilled to have you join us.

@Quincy : I'm from the Netherlands 🇳🇱 I have been on the Community Center for 6+ years, and have been an Airbnb Host myself. I love cycling🚲, playing football⚽, and travelling🌏 . I love how dynamic and diverse the Community Center is as we meet Hosts from all around the globe. 

@Bhumika :  🌍 I was born in Gujarat, India 🇮🇳 , and shifted to Toronto, Canada 🇨🇦 last year! 📷 I recently realized my love for photography and aesthetics. I love to capture mundane life and candid pictures. 🌆 When I'm not working, you'll find me binge-watching thriller movies or exploring history.

@Paula : I am from Colombia 🇨🇴 and currently living in British Columbia, Canada 🇨🇦. I have a passion for Latin American culture (I love to dance 💃) . I've had the opportunity to visit around 20 countries 🌎 and plan to visit many more. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities, especially mountain biking 🚲 and hiking 🏔.

@Rebecca : I'm from Cardiff in Wales originally but being a military child and a veterans spouse, I've travelled and lived in a lot of different places in the UK and Europe. I'm an environmentalist 🌿 and like to minimise my impact on the planet 🌎 as well as volunteering in my local community.  I love sea swimming 🌊 yoga on the beach 🧘‍ and I'm a children's yoga instructor too! 🙌 

@Elisa : I was born in Italy 🇮🇹 and as a lover of unique experiences—from exploring the streets of Rome🇮🇹 , Paris 🇫🇷, and Toronto 🇨🇦 to appreciating timeless art and cuisine—I'm here to blend the old with the new. 

@Alex : I'm originally from Spain 🇪🇸, but my passion for traveling made me move to Toronto🇨🇦 this year to explore the culture and add another unforgettable experience to my journey ✈️. I'm also passionate about all kinds of sports ⚽️ (especially football, in which I played at a semi-professional level) and love to discover new dishes everywhere I go. 🥘

Living near the Rockies is truly a privilege, and I love sharing the magic of this region with my guests. For first-time visitors, I always recommend:

1. Lake Louise 🏔: The turquoise waters are iconic, and the views are simply breathtaking. Perfect for canoeing in summer or skating in winter!
2. Moraine Lake 🌅: A must-see, especially at sunrise—those Ten Peaks are unforgettable.
3. Johnston Canyon 🌊: A beautiful hike with dramatic waterfalls, and the frozen walkways in winter are magical.
4. Canmore Nordic Centre 🚴‍♂️: Great for hiking, mountain biking, or cross-country skiing, and it’s right here in Canmore.
5. Peyto Lake 🐾: The wolf-shaped lake is a stunner from the viewpoint, especially during the fall.
6. Icefields Parkway 🚗: This drive is an adventure in itself, with countless scenic stops and wildlife sightings.

I also encourage guests to explore the charming downtown areas of Banff and Canmore for great dining and local shopping.

Hi I am from Perth, Western Australia.  Myself and my partner have recently purchased two properties and learning as we go.  We've hit the ground running and enjoying the experience of hosting guests from around the world.   My partner is ex military and is now a Paramedic.  I am a real estate agent and currently Top 5 real estate agents in Western Australia.  I have extensively travelled the world, I love Europe, my favourites would have to be the Greek Islands and Italy.

Hello!

Zach from California.  I host a cozy home in Green Bay, WI (my home town).

I like to go back home to visit, but not much of a winter person anymore.  Too long in San Diego I guess.  Our place is near the infamous Lambeau Field, so football season is our busy time.  I enjoy that I get to host guests, not just from the US, but from around the world.  Surprisingly a lot of Green Bay Packer fans in other countries.  Even just to visit Lambeau Field.
