A guy booked my place. He shows up in my messages as "confirmed." He shows up on my reservations tab as "confirmed." He does NOT appear on my calendar. Those dates appear to be still available for booking.
The other odd thing is that the price he booked for does not reflect my current prices. He somehow got my "off-season" rate, even those he's booked it in the middle of my prime season. I raised my rates for prime season a few weeks ago, before I'd heard of this guy. Is he really a confirmed guest or not? What should I do? I asked him to re-book. No response. Maybe he sees my prime-season rates and doesn't like them and wants to keep his previous booking. It's weird.
"Confirmed" status means that it is booked.
If it does not appear on the calendar (Have you tried to refresh or reload the calendar page?) and the price is wrong, it is a glitch.
I would phone Airbnb to report and ask for explanations.
@Liz4119 Crazy question, but are you looking at the right year? I.e., could he have booked a year or more in advance?
