Pending Reservations

Hello,

I am a new host and went to request help through Airbnb. I was then asked which reservation I needed help with and saw over 15 "pending" reservations. These never came through my inbox. I am being told that there isn't an issue with my account, but the issue lies with the guests trying to book. This is very concerning as I have over 15 of these reservation pending and haven't had a recent booking. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have not had this experience at all. Sounds like something is definitely wrong with your account, for there to be 15 pending reservations. 
I suppose you have checked all your notification settings?

Verify your profile email and cell phone information on your account.  Maybe something as simple as a typo.

Email and phone are both correct. Nothing appears in my inbox either. It’s just when I go to ask for help in the message chat they all populate. Very frustrating because it seems as though all reservations have stopped coming in.
