@Alexander1288 No, the pet fee is a single price. We based our fee on the time that we have to spend in extra cleaning of pet fur and checking for (and cleaning up) yard deposits. If you have the potential for long term pet guests, put a notification about the potential for extra pet fees in your description. For example, I state that there will be a mid-rental cleaning and linen change for 2 week stays. You could say the same for the pet fee. If it is in the description of your rental, you can charge for the extra fees via the Resolution Center.
