Put other person in charge of reservation

I have a reservation with a Guest who cannot go, and who will put another person in charge of your reservation. I read in the terms and conditions that this was not possible and asked her to cancel and register her friend with the reservation, and I would respect and set aside her separate dates while doing this procedure. It suited him because he had a flexible cancellation. Yesterday She said that this person is in charge and did not cancel. Already the cancellation for the close to your reservation now has a penalty if she cancel and for her the easiest thing is that your friend takes care of it. What to do in this case please. 3rd party reservations are not supported by Airbnb.

If you have all conversations via the app, I would call airbnb and ask them to cancel without penalty, so the right person can book
