I have strict cancelation policy, because of inclement weather a guest would like to rechedule, how can I do that?
@Ivonne120 ask the guest to put in a change request and, if you are happy, approve it.
Have the guest submit the alteration request, and do not do it. This is an excerpt from a post that I recently made regarding rescheduling reservations:
