Hello simple question . We have received a negative comment from guest named me several time as an alcoholic. Which is a direct attack to my integrity and absolute not founded .  

Is this a violation of Air BNB Content Policy ? 

This reservation was normally for 4 persons with 2 children but arrived with 4 persons , 3 children and 2 babies . We are quite new at Rbnb   : 8 first rate with max stars and only excellent comments.   

With this last negative comments, i wan to stop with Rbnb .
