Hello Airbnb! I have a problem with the guest from reservation HMMWZMYJHP
He reserved aptm for 2 adults 1 kid and 1 infant. In reality he came with his wife and 3 kids and they are making a lot of noise in the garden. The neighbor made them a notice to be less noisy, but the client (Tom) came to my neighbors house and bit him up. I would like to quit this reservation and i offered 500EUR refund for it, but the client want more money. I am not there to solve this. How can we solve this conflict?

You always have the right to terminate a booking during the stay if it's not working out. To do so unilaterally generally means you refund the value of the unused nights of the stay.
