How do guest reviews left for a guest I am looking to host, refer to a person with a different name than the potential guest that I am considering to host? I’ve seen this more than once and the reviews seem fake, how does this happen? I like to look for ‘red flags’ before accepting a guest, otherwise what’s the point of the reviews, but if the whole review talks about Helen and the verified guest is Ryan, seems suspicious.

The review for the person who booked will appear also on the profile of each registred member of the addional guests (group review)
