Does anyone know how the review system work? I’ve had a few guests who have left a 4/5 review but when I look at the details of the review, all 6 categories are rated a 5.

Do guests get to provide a rating on individual things and on overall? I assumed AirBnB would use the average of all categories.

@Julie-And-Patrick0 the system is a bit weird. Guests rate the individual categories and the give an overall rating that can be higher or lower or the same. It is this overall rating that determines the property rating and the super host stats.
