@Allan339 There's no such thing as calling Airbnb. Their customer service is outsourced to other companies, whose labor pool is concentrated in countries with low pay standards. You can't pre-select the nationality of whoever picks up the phone (and frankly, not all Americans are fluent in English anyway).
Here's a trick, though: try calling the number for Germany, Netherlands, or Sweden. Operators working in one of the other Germanic languages tend to be functionally multilingual, and have a higher proficiency in English than the average American.
