Hi there!
We've been looking for a flat to spend vacation time in Dubai. I've found some pretty nice place - a good apartment for 4 persons. But then I decided to check for the host and saw several really alike flats. For example, some flats from the same host:
1. https://www.airbnb.ru/rooms/32994092?source_impression_id=p3_1615889321_Mbex5DRF0AzTncZ2
2. https://www.airbnb.ru/rooms/33033803?source_impression_id=p3_1615889321_54YattW7jkLhCKeP
Aaand three similar flats from the same guy and another lady:

What's important: those are not twin ads. They they mostly have one identical living room, kitchen and bathroom. But they always have some differences.
We've never seen anything like that. Is that possible that we in Dubai flats are sold with identical finish and furniture in new skyscrappers? Or am I living in a Wonderland?)
@Alexandra1278 This is a mega host: someone who hosts commerically, not as a side gig. He has many listings. Sometimes people have multiple listings for the same space that incorporate different options - i.e. more bedrooms, breakfast included, etc. As long as his calendars are set up correctly so he doesn't get double booked, it should not be an issue. He has hundreds of good reviews, so it depends on your comfort level with booking with this type of a host.
Personally, when I'm travelling, I like more of a personal experience: if I wanted cookie cutter, I would stay in a chain hotel. But if you like what he's offering, I don't see a specific issue with his profile and listings.

Yep, I kinda forgot this might work like that. Tha last time I dealt with mega host was long ago, so I just could not recall it. This flat is just perfect for our company, so I desperately wanted it to be real )
Thank you for the info and opinion! )
Hi Alexandra , Don't worry , If you need any verification on the flat let me know I can offer the service of checking it out for you if the host allows **
