Just wondering how the rental market is in the summer in this area? Do people have luck renting well in the summer months too?

You can also normally buy market research from your local tourism body around footfall. @Alexis64 

 

Obviously the current STR market is in disarray because of Covid so don't base investment decisions on previous footfall/booking figures.
