@Alexis64  One resource you can use to find data about the local STR market is AirDNA.

You can also normally buy market research from your local tourism body around footfall. @Alexis64 

Obviously the current STR market is in disarray because of Covid so don't base investment decisions on previous footfall/booking figures.
