When a listing is not as expected, the process to follow is to notify the host of the issue via the Air BNB messaging system, allow the host to rectify the problem in a reasonable time frame, and if not solved, then go to Air BNB with a complaint and a request for a cancellation and refund. If you take care of the problem, such as cleaning, stay in the place and never complain to the host, your only recourse is to give a negative review. Whether the host has a party nearby is not directly an issue unless you were not able to sleep. When you selected the listing for your reservation were the reviews positive and the communication with the host inviting? That is what I look at when I am a guest.
