Superhost not possible while giving service to booking done by Airbnb.org

I just been informed by Airbnb that it is not possible to get Superhost status while giving service to booking done by Airbnb.org.  It is not fair for hosts to not get good reviews and getting nights not counted for Superhost. We are working hard to provide this service to guest same as they have booked with Airbnb.com

Guests also cannot provide any Reviews Public or private. Airbnb should look into this and make it possible for guest to provide Reviews as well as nights should be counted for getting Superhost status.

@Ned581 I imagine It has something to do with the TOS. Getting a review for a free stay would be a conflict and a violation. Your reward is your charitable efforts.

It is charitable from Airbnb, since they do not charge any fees to the guest and we all appreciate this. However for host like us, it is a normal stay where we provide all services and get paid for this. Guest pay normal charge of their stay. It is not a charitable effort from us. I believe that we should be rewarded for our services of getting reviews positive or negative, so it help us to analyze our services. Plus counting nights toward getting Superhost status
