Terrible time trying to get help from AirBnB

I can't find anything that is helpful on AirBnB's website. I had a guest that had a party (close to ISU) and things were a mess. Could have been worse but I have it marked No parties.

Is there anyway to ever talk to someone at AirBnB anymore? They were available to talk to when I signed up as a host but now nothing. One instruction says to go to "resolution center" but it then only gives me an old reservation! Very frustrating.

I bought a $1700 refrigerator 1.5 years ago and now something is wrong with it after the party plus a mess for the cleaning crew.

Also the guest lied. She said the family was coming down to see her brother at ISU. I have found out since, she goes to ISU and they probably had their spring vacation party there.

Also AirBnB marked her first inquiry "don't recommend accepting". I didn't accept. The guest sent me a message that it was blocked and she couldn't reserve it. I told her I didn't block it they did. Next thing I know, she was a confirmed reservation. I assumed her and AirBnB worked it out.

Anyway, I can't find out how to get any help through this website. Frustrated.

@Linda3157

I am sorry to hear that and do understand how frustrated you feel.

You can contact to the Airbnb Support Help Center, do “ Live Chat” with the support team [ not an Airbnb bot], usually someone will respond here within few minutes, you can acknowledge the incident to the case manager.

Beside phone call, live chat, via other social media as Facebook, Twitter for fast attention.

Hope you can resolve the issues.

NO help see no "chat"

@Linda3157 Go to the help center here on the forum to find contact info.

Because the inquiry was flagged, the person should not have been successful with booking, but the platform is riddled with glitches. You would have been well within your rights, and it would have been the wise thing to do, to decline the request or cancel the instant booking without penalty. Never ignore red flags or assume anything. Always take full control of every hosting situation you face. Don't rely on Airbnb.

@Linda3157 You have to go to the Help section of the main site, and follow the prompts and drop down boxes until you get to a Contact message box.

Hi @Linda3157,  I am sorry to hear about this. I'm not sure if you were able to get in touch with the support team in the end, but I've passed this on to the team just in case.
