Has anyone successfully found out why airbnb took away the "add notes' feature? Hosts like myself used it to track why dates...
Good morning!
Over the past few months the Airbnb app has for some reason begun sending us reminders via push notification of upcoming guest arrivals at all hours of the morning. This is despite our notification settings always (and still) being set to only send these reminders via email.
We only want push notifications if there’s a booking/inquiry/message, as it’s always been. We don’t need push reminders that a guest is arriving in a week at 2am in the morning.
Are we the only ones having this issue?
You can simply adjust the notifications push button in your Airbnb App page.
Hope you can solve it out.
Do close the push button notifications for the remainder of the phone call and SMS for your convenience.
Happy Hosting
Hello Dale & Dan!
We mentioned above our notification settings are already set accordingly, and have been for years. The system is simply operating outside of our settings.
@Christin-and-Greg0 Happening to other hosts as well:

@Christin-and-Greg0 Just contacted customer service and they are aware of the problem and state that Airbnb is trying to fix issue. However, they close your case like it is resolved. I am wondering if they had to leave the case open until it is fixed if it might be a motivator to Airbnb. I am sure they have a measurement system for customer service and getting cases resolved. Anyway, just wanted to let you know I also sent feedback.
