Support responsiveness is truly untenable. The chat support told me a 5 minute wait... now its Way way beyond that. Phone support told me it would be an hour wait... We have live situations... and busy lives. If they can't support us... this crea...

I had COVID 19 in early March. I had to notify Airbnb because I had a scheduled reservation that I was not able to travel for. They locked my reservation ability. It is now 5 months later and I'm trying to use the $1600 credit from the previously cancelle... Latest reply by Paul6739
