Verification chaos

Anybody else get asked for verification, give it, get told "good to go" then three weeks later still not been paid even though all done? Help desk apologising "don't know why" etc etc. Big failure in trust here

new hosts have to wait for 1 month to be paid the first time. After that, they are paid 24 h after every check-in

Air BnB APP indicates that my gov't ID has been provided. How can I be sure? It still asks for it.??????
