Weird glitch forces me to look gay?

So when someone books with me my name says "Matthew & Mark" I have no clue who mark is, unless this is some kind of bad apostle joke. But I know no matter what I name myself, it always says "... & Mark". It doesn't seem like a big issue but it really gives people the wrong impression. I seem to attract men with expectations, allot. One particular guy hit on me countless times and when he was finally leaving he said he was disappointed because he thought my house was a "bang house". He also shoved pics of deformed penises that he found online in my face without telling me what I would see. It was truly an uncomfortable experience and I just want to go back to being Matt or Matthew, not Matthew & Mark. I've reported the bug at least twice and even called cut service. I tried reinstalling the app, changing my name. Nothing seems to work. Ideas? and has anyone else experienced this?

@Matt711  Tiny pictures? No, they are normal size- I can't imagine why they appear on your end as tiny.

Heating:   Year round temperature where I live is about 70-90 degrees. Nighttime temps during tourist season

                     55-70, nice for sleeping.

Wifi:            Yes, available. Just not high speed, unlimited. never been an issue with any of my guests.

Hairdryer: Not one guest has asked for one.

Washer:    No, I don't offer use of my washer. This is the tropics- guests wear few clothes. If I'm doing a

load, I'll ask if they have anything they'd like to throw in. Some guests just wash the skimpy

clothes they wear here out in the sink or a pail. Again, no guest has ever complained.

Shampoo: I don't list it, but there is some in the bathroom. Guests have all seemed to bring their

                      own.

TV:              Never had a TV in my house in my adult life. Hate TV. My guests don't come here to watch TV. They

come to go to the beach, explore nature, they write, read and do art projects. My guests don't

watch TV at home, either. That's not the type of guests my place attracts.

AC:             Would cost a fortune to run. More than what I charge per night. I have great fans. My guests have

never complained about being too hot. And the hot humid summers aren't tourist season here,

                     anyway.

Smoke alarm: House is solid concrete and tile construction. Can't catch on fire.

CO detector:  No source of CO here.

Couch pillows on the bed? What on earth are you talking about? There are two nice bed pillows- one is a feather pillow, one is a synthetic down substitute, so guests can have their pick, or both. I have colorful, patterned pillowcases- that doesn't make them couch pillows. Guests have commented on the nice bedding.

Did you notice that I have 100% 5* reviews in every category? Did you read the reviews my guests have left? BIG TIME catching up to do? That's funny.

I wasn't trying to diss your listing. You wondered why you got few female guests and I was just trying to explain why that might be. I never said anything about it not looking clean- it looks quite clean. "Bachelor pad" may be synonymous with "dirty" to you, but it isn't to me- I know lots of clean and tidy guys. And "Give up my master bedroom"? Where did you come up with that? I didn't say there was anything wrong with your bedrooms, I just said they could be better arranged.

@Sarah977 Although I agree with nearly everything you have mentioned don't be fooled by not having a smoke alarm. As any fire fighter or safety instructor will tell you it's not the fire that kills you, it's the smoke. Smoke can come from numerous appliances and situations. The oven or hob could be left on by accident with food in it, left by a drunk guest, for example. You might have a stupid guest using an indoor bbq, who knows? Faulty appliances. Trust me, having a smoke alarm is a life saver.  It's cheap, easy to install, saves lives, reduces insurance and a potential lawsuit.

@Robbie54  You would have to see my house to understand. As I said, it's concrete and tile construction. Many windows, always left open. There could never be any smoke buildup. I host one guest at a time and I don't get drunken guests. I'm a night owl, so I'm always up later than any of my guests and I can assure you I don't go to bed with something cooking on the stove. Kitchen is completely separate from the rest of the house. I don't have "numerous appliances" Stove, fridge and washing machine.

No one uses an "indoor barbeque". My guest room is upstairs, with an outdoor staircase- even if something were burning on the stove, it wouldn't have any effect on the rest of the house.

And no, a smoke alarm isn't "easy to install" here. Hard wiring it would involve jackhammering through cement walls and battery operated things here don't last because of the humidity- I'd have to replace the batteries every month for something that would have no use in my house.

The only time there is ever a house fire in my area is if a palm leaf roof catches fire and I don't have any of those for just that reason.

When I lived in Canada, in a wooden house, of course I had smoke alarms. But here, they would serve no purpose. It's like saying you need a baby gate at the top and bottom of your stairs, even though you have no babies, because they save lives.

@Sarah977

One of your pictures is quite tiny:

@Ian-And-Anne-Marie0  I'll check it out. The first one is my cover photo- not anywhere else in my gallery, unless Airbnb has done something weird. Are you looking on the app or the desktop version?

BTW, several guests have told me that the photos are what attracted them. So they can't be that bad. But I have been planning to take some new ones, just not in a rush, because I'm not hosting as long as the pandemic is raging.
