I love sports, I did CrossFit before Pandemic started. It is a great hobby, cause there are CrossFit places everywhere around the world and was easy to keep with it while on travels. First after pandemic started I stopped with sports and felt slightly depressed. I knew I can do exercises at home, but honestly I didn't feel motivated at all... One day I found an article about different jump ropes https://dpublished.com/the-8-best-weighted-jump-ropes-to-elevate-your-workout/...  and decided to order myself the most expensive one)))) It worked for me in the past too. If I was feeling lazy or demotivated I just had to spend a decent amount of money for a new sportive outfit and my greedy self would use it very and very often. Now I have 5 different jump ropes and do exercises every single day. When I just started I could barely jump 20 times, few months later - 200 easily .
