Hi,
I have been hosting on Airbnb for two years, I've never had a cancelled reservation but this time I had a guest who reserved my room for one month, she cancelled her reservation after 10 days because her personal plans changed and she decided to leave this room to live with her boyfriend,
Then she asked me full refund but as you know, Airbnb's policy for reservations over 28 days is non-refundable.
But when the resolution center called me regarding her issue, I agreed to pay her 486$ as a courtesy but right after that I saw there way two payout total for 1576$ !!!!!!
I called the Airbnb's customer service right away and they told me that the agent did a mistake and he will call me soon,
After 5 days and several calls , I am very disappointed, I think they just postpone it and nobody wants to help me, I asked to talk to the supervisor, but still they told me that the supervisor will call me,
Does anybody knows what I can do in this disappointing situation?
