You received two bad reviews: one in july 2020 and also the last one (februari 2021). This is the reason Airbnb probably has deactivated your listing (BTW not your account). If you resolved the issues, you can inform Airbnb about it and ask for reactivation of the listing. But it takes some perseverance at Airbnb CS to get this done. Maybe try Twitter (account AirbnbHelp)
