We are in Palm Beach County, Florida. They say we are not in compliance with local tax requirements - we are and have been for 3 years. This same thing happened last year - took over a month to fix - in the meantime we could take no bookings. We've talked with at least 8 diff customer service reps directly, messaged, emailed, Facebook chatted and NOTHING works....the reps don't know how to fix the problem - they say they esacalate it - we get a message thread that says they are going to email us and they close the message thread and then we don't hear from them again. We are now setting upn alternative booking websites: - where we used to book exclusively with airbnb because we can no longer rely on them to provide adequate customer service support and it's too frustrating. Anyone else have issues like this ?
