Good morning, I confirmed your release about covid-19 issued on 15th June. And my booking was made before March 2020 then I would like to cancel and receive the full refund but it would not show refundable when I process the cancel.

I would like to check what guests will be refunded if their booking is cancelled due to covid 19 and their check-in was before 31st July. As far as I can see the guest would be required to pay the service fee, is this correct?Thanks, Flora & Fergus
