    My guest broke a china plate and on the morning of check out he apologised and agreed to pay to have it repaired. I took it to a restorer the next day. The cost was going to be £120. He refused to pay so we agreed to go to the Airbnb Resolution Centre.... Latest reply by Sarah977

    I had a guest claim he has a video of a flea in my house and left a nasty review. Abnb won’t delete review and guest won’t send me video. Shouldn’t I be able to see this supposed video and respond to such. Superhost with 42/42 5 star reviews. Thank you. Latest reply by Anonymous
