I had an enquiry last night regarding a potential booking. This morning I noticed this date was no longer available
so when I checked the calendar it showed a different person's name with "awaiting ID" and they had 15 minutes
to provide ID.
I had not received an enquiry from this person and the date appears to have been blocked for this person
(the length of time I am not sure) and it is now available again. I thought that even if I pre approved a booking
that this date would still be available for others.
Has anyone else experienced this? and how has this happened?
