cant cancel showing no trips on site

Hello, trying to cancel a trip but not seeing my trip on the website so unable to cancel, i have a conformation number but nothing on the site and no email, just a text, no luck finding a phone number that helps, thank you for your time.

Did you book through the Airbnb website?  If elsewhere, it's possibly a scam. You should likely call Airbnb.
