hosting Afghan refugees

Where on the airbnb website does it spell out the process for hosting Afghan refugees (payment, vetting the guests, special protocols for the refugees' needs, how to modify the listing in order to be a refugee host, ...)?

Im not seeing information on Hosting refugees. I am willing to host if the refugee guests are vetted and I would be willing to host at a reduced rate. I just don't see anywhere there is the option to say where hosts can register and post their availability. I would also like to make sure potentials are vetted.
