hi 

im new to the letting business & i have friends who have stayed in my property and wish to leave a review (but they booked direct not via air b n b)  i have been reading that their should either be an option for them to leave a reference (but cant find that option)  and then on the resources page theres something called Create an invite-only Experience to be able to leave a review but its asking lots of questions as if im wanting to host say sightseeing experiences etc..   is this something they cant do or am i missing a link somewhere?  many thansks in advance

@Macky3 they can't leave anything on Airbnb. They could leave a google review perhaps

Obviously a guest can only leave a review on Airbnb if they book through the platform @Macky3
