as mentioned on the website on
What if I need to cancel because of an emergency or unavoidable circumstance?
i have followed the guidelines
apart from that :
Circumstances that require documentation
Government-mandated obligations, including jury duty, travel restrictions, court appearances, and military deployment. You'll be asked to provide a copy of the official notice dated after the reservation was booked, including the name of the person fulfilling the obligation.
i have provided the Government of India circular
The copy of the circular is available on govt. website: https://mohfw.gov.in/sites/default/files/Consolidated%20Travel%20advisory%20to%20travelers%20Updated... )
after following all the steps still i received only 50% as a refund , but its mentioned that you will get a 100 % refund if the circumstances are unavoidable.
in my case, the advisory is issued by the Government of India and i have submitted the proof also.
now you are requested to guide me on how to chase the AIRBNB team to get my 100 % refund
as there is no email or reply from their side on this issue, i tried the help and contact us options also .
booking ref no : HMYNZSFTCW
I would suggest you call them, as I am not sure where you are traveling to.

I'm not sure as I can't open the link BUT I suspect the clue is in the name _ its an advisory not a Government mandate. I suggest you claim on your travel insurance
