Rather than trying to get new clients you'd probably be better focussing on addressing the issues that are causing the listings you manage to have such poor reviews . 

you are fortunate that Airbnb hadn't suspended your listings /banned you from the platform.?

Yes @Helen3 , I also noticed this. Thank you for your guidance! I am actively working on improving the guest experience and resolving those issues
