Absolutely disgusting customer services

I can't believe the absolutely disgustingly poor customer service I have received from Airbnb how are they still able to even trade no one gets back to you all I seem to get is a message saying how this person's shift is over no regard for the consumer I have sent countless messages and made countless phone calls to the point I am now going to consumer affairs, the obdumsan seeking legal advice and likely going to be going to social media and mainstream media to show how this multi-million dollar company doesn't care about the consumer @Airbnb

If that person's shift is over (note: it is the only human being still employed at Airbnb CS) , then it all stops and we all have to wait until he/she is back in the office.
