I'd like a tool that looks at each month to month, ,  quarter to quarter and year to year in one chart from first year to current. Even using current booked revenue. Is that something other hosts  would like to see?

While not a commercial tool, I use a spreadsheet to hold line data for every booking including:

booking references, names, dates, number of nights, $$, notes about guests, door codes... (to allow personal comments for repeat guest and to reward them.. chocolates etc)

I then summarize that quarter by quarter / year by year (nights and $$).

Using a second sheet/ tab reading the live data.

This lets me see comparisons and trends.

 Is that the kind of info that you are looking to store? I have found it useful.
