Airbnb for Work Questions
Airbnb's normal policy does not allow for third-party bookings.
My House Rules do not allow for third-party bookings.
A recent reservation was made by another party for a group under Airbnb for Work.
They've not provided the names of any person to occupy the property.
Before I contact CS, has anyone had experience with the Airbnb for Work program -issues?

@cherie 71 The people booking are pretty lazy generally but you must message them and ask for ids and vax certs of all persons staying .Also ask them to nominate a 'head of house' and give them your phone number and to make sure all persons have read the house rules.or simply reject them . up to you H

I have had three instances. All companies had good reviews (otherwise I wouldn't have done it.). I currently have guests booked from a company. They're really polite, quiet and the company sent me copies of their passports and all the contact phone numbers (once they were approved and Airbnb stopped censoring our communication).
Trust your gut. If they don't or won't provide the full names and contact information of the guests staying with you (especially contact info in case of emergencies), then it's not worth the headache.

I just had my first reservation made that way. I hadn’t been aware that it is a thing, so I was baffled. The person who booked wrote and told me it was for one of his post docs, and the reservation, once made, shows her name. It felt a bit convoluted for something be who, like me, is renting a room in the house where I live, but I accepted. She hasn’t yet arrived, but so far it has been pretty smooth and straightforward. I have her name and contact info and a polite introduction from her employer. I can easily imagine a far less comfortable scanario though.

I can only find information encouraging companies to use the service but nothing from Airbnb giving info to the Host. If anyone has a link, I'd appreciate if you would send it to me. Thanks.
