Frustration with Airbnb
I am in the process of losing the value of the payment to Airbnb for a reservation in the city of Porto in Portugal.
I am over 60 years old, my flight was canceled and Portugal is closed to tourists from Brazil. I managed to recover only 57% of the amount I had deposited in my reservation for Lisbon and I cannot recover the value of Porto. Impossible to talk to someone on Airbnb. Apparently I will bear this loss.
