As a host how can i cancel a booking that has already but booked (instantly)? We need to cancel due to COVID-19 and we are not comfortable hosting.

I also think if you look on the NZ Covid 19 website accomodation is for essential workers and isolation purposes only . I could be wrong . https://covid19.govt.nz/government-actions/covid-19-alert-level/#Essential-businesses

The issue we have now is that we cannot cancel as it was to close to check-in. I have messaged them saying we will be cancelling but i cannot actually cancel via the AirBnb. They are not essential workes or looking for isolation so we are not ready
