@Linda2867    Hi Linda,  this is a community forum consisting of other Hosts.   I'd recommend giving Airbnb customer service a call and they should be able to help you.   

On a side note, I recently found a listing of all cancellations on the site (via my computer) and it showed which ones were eligible for the Covid payout, how much, and which ones weren't and why.  I'm looking right now to see if I can find how to get to that information again - but perhaps another host will chime in with the instructions.

@Linda2867  As Hilary pointed out, this is just a discussion forum, not Airbnb CS. You should ask the forum moderators here to remove your personal information from your post- that's a security risk for you on a public forum-or just ask them to delete your post altogether, since no one here can resolve your issue.
