Bad customer service

I’ve been suspended I have 2 properties one in Irland 1 in the uk 

a Neighbers complained about noise 

I don’t have any Neighbers so it is an admin error 

no one from air BNB are getting back to me I have spent hours trying to sort this on the phone to so many different people 

they all just say nothing I can do but wait , they can’t even tell me how long I’m suspended for . 

I am super host with over 200 5 star reviews 

why are Airbnb doin this to me ? I can’t take any more bookings and this is my sole income .

@Elka’s0 @I have suffered from the same bad customer support. I have been suspended since Monday and noone has bothered to call me  ack, as I was told, neither has anyone answered my messages. I also am a superhost.  I understand that airbnb doesn't take into serious consideration hosts' problems.
