Becoming a Property Co-Host

Hello everyone!

I'm new to this forum. I'm interested in becoming a property co-host for a few properties.  I wanted to ask what do owners usually look for? Do I need a certain certification or class? I have real estate experience but no professional property management experience other than educating myself from YouTube and the Internet.   I'm familiar with the process and would love any tips on how to get started.  Any advice welcome. Thank you!

Airbnb hosts will look for co-hosts that have extensive experience of STR hosting and who understand how the various STR platforms work .

The best way to get started is by becoming a host yourself ie renting out a room in your home/cleaning other people's STR properties. Once you have experience you can do some market research to identify hosts who are your target market and invest in researching and developing a marketing plan to advertise your services to hosts who are your target market .
