We had three dates blocked on our availability calendar and last night a guest instant booked one of the dates!! We have asked the guest if we can alter their reservation because one of the dates isn't available and they're not responding. Airbnb wasn't able to explain how this happened, and I had previously triple-checked to make sure the dates were blocked when we blocked them two weeks ago (checked ipad and PC)!
