Booking problem

Hi. A guest is having problems booking.  For some reason airbnb won't let her. I've sent her a pre approval but it still won't allow her to book. Anyone else experiencing a similar issue? Thanks

The best thing to do is suggest the guest calls Airbnb. It could be an issue to do with their payment, they haven't uploaded their ID or any number of reasons @Eryl1089
