Looking into filing an application with the new aid passed by Congress in the United States. As a host, is my 'business' considered one that is owned by a 'business entity', that of Airbnb? If so, is Airbnb an S corporation or a C corporation? Thanks in advance for any guidance.
A host is not an employee of Airbnb and Airbnb does not, in any way, own your listing or your STR business. My understanding is.....a host would be considered either as "self-employed" or an "independent contractor".
