CCTV Audio Recording
Hi!
Renting a room in an apartment in London, UK.
Host has CCTV with Audio recording enabled (CCTV disclosed in listing).
Everything I speak in the room can be heard well from the camera position, and, thus, recorded 24/7.
I'm using the place for my software contracting business and there are details that the host can hear from my client meetings online, some information covered under non disclosure agreements, about company acquisitions, investments, fundraising.
Should the host be required to disclose when audio recording takes place on CCTV?
Is Audio recording on CCTVs legal in the UK in 2020?
Thanks!

I would be horrified if all that I said would be recorded. Not sure of the actual laws in your area, but when you state you disclose about CCTV, is the disclosure clear about the recording? The Air BNB TOS require no survellience in guest spaces or shared spaces.
