Cancellation

I’ve had to cancel the next 4 months due to an a and e doctor needing accommodation. Because she works with sick corona virus people she needs to live in isolation . I’ve offered my annexe. My first cancellation I made was free but Airbnb are charging me $50 for the next few cancellations . How can I appeal this as this is a vital emergency situation for need of accommodation.

Seems like everyone is in the same boat. Several members including myself have been charged cancellation fees. I'd just send in a help request. They are being bombarded with issues at this time and it's going to take longer to get a reply.   Wish you luck!
